I placed an order now what?

You should receive a couple emails, first a receipt for your purchase, next an email when we ship your product which will contain tracking info.  Please check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive anything.  Your order should arrive soon so start planning what you are going to cook first!

I received my order but for some reason I don't want it, what should I do?

Please email us at support@flavorseed.com and explain why you would like to return your product.  We offer 100% money back (excluding shipping charges) for any and all products that are returned to us in like new unopened condition.  You are responsible for return shipping charges.  Once you email us we will provide further instructions to insure you receive your refund or exchange.

I received my order but something broke, please help?

We want to be perfect all the time, but we are human relying on other humans to deliver our goods to you safely.  Sometimes things happen, but we are here to make sure you get what you ordered.  Please email us at support@flavorseed.com with a picture of the damaged package and the damaged product.  We will send further instructions but please do not throw anything away.  Please put the damaged goods off to the side as the carrier may need to come pick it up.  We will make things right and you will be cooking with Flavor Seed before you know it.
