You have to try this way of preparing a whole chicken once in your life! While the chicken is dry roasting on the outside, the inside is being bathed with steamy beer, keeping the meat moist while adding a subtle hint of your favorite brew. Once done you'll enjoy falling-off-the-bone meat, encased in perfectly seasoned, crispy skin.

1 whole Chicken
1 can of Beer (your choice)
Olive Oil
⅓ bag of Anything With Wings

Directions

Prep the chicken by gutting it and lightly rinsing it.
Save the heart and put it in a pot with water to boil down.
After drying the chicken, lightly coat in olive oil then cover in the seasoning.
Open your beer can and then place the chicken on it so it rests evenly.
Cook for about an hour at 350.
Let cool and enjoy with family and friends.
