A staple you’ll find in Greek or Mediterranean restaurants that is oh-so-easy and delicious to make at home.
Ingredients
- ¾ lb. feta cheese
-
¾ cup heavy cream
-
It’s Greek to Me seasoning
- Vegetables and/or pita for dipping
Directions
In a food processor blender combine feta cheese and heavy cream and blend until smooth, adding more or less of the heavy cream to reach desired consistency. You can also thin out with olive oil or water if desired. Consistency should be slightly looser than cream cheese.
Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with Flavor Seed’s It’s Greek to Me seasoning and serve with crudité and/or pita. The amount of seasoning depends on how strong of a Greek flavor you want to achieve.
