Try this delicious Pepper Flank Steak recipe with organic bell peppers and jasmine rice! Seasoned with Divine Bovine organic steak rub, it’s a clean-eating dinner packed with bold flavors and wholesome ingredients. Perfect for a quick and healthy meal!
Rinse 2 cups of jasmine rice, then cook with 4 cups of water over low heat for 15-20 minutes, covered, until tender. Fluff with a fork before serving.
Slice flank steak. In a bowl marinade steak in Flavor Seed’s Divine Bovine, garlic, and soy sauce for 20 minutes.
While steak is marinating, thinly slice onion and bell peppers.
Mince garlic.
In a pan on medium heat, add steak to pan and cook 1-3 minutes per side to desired temperature. Use a meat thermometer if needed. Take out of pan and set aside on a separate plate.
In that same pan, sauté onion, peppers and garlic until softened.
Deglaze the pan with beef broth and add steak back into pan.
Make a slurry of cornstarch and water. Add into pan. Cook until sauce thickens.
