-
6.5 oz Can lump Crab, drained and rinsed lightly
-
1 ½ lbs steamed Shrimp, tails removed, chopped small
-
2 stalks Celery, small dice
-
1 Red Bell Pepper, small dice
-
Zest of 2 Lemons, juice reserved in bowl

1 Golden Apple, cored, grated
-
½ cup destemmed Parsley, minced
-
3 Garlic cloves, minced
-
⅓ cup of Mayonnaise
-
Rolls, cut lengthwise, toasted
-
Salad mix (optional)
Directions
Prepare all the produce items, adding all to a large bowl. Add lump crab meat and chopped shrimp into this bowl: ensure no rouge shells are present!
Add in Flavor Seed Seasoning blend, lemon zest, garlic and parsley. Mix well for full coverage, add in the reserved lemon juice and grated apple.
Oil a skillet, toasting buns to golden on each side. Fill middle with salad greens and the prepared Seafood Salad. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
Chef Tips: Roast your garlic lightly for enhanced umami flavor. The apples are added to the lemon juice to reduce the browning effect of oxidation. Feel free to omit the mayo or add some hot sauce for a spicier take on the seafood roll.
