Powerful without being too peppery

I like to smoke my steaks before searing them and typically use lemon, rosemary and red pepper but I wanted to try the “Divine Bovine” steak rub & seasoning. I coated 2 filets in it and let them sit in the fridge for 24 hours. Then smoked them for 4 hours and didn’t even need to sear them. The seasoning flavor was all over them and it is powerful without being too peppery.

Loved this rub on both the meat and on the potatoes!

Divine Bovine is DIVINE!

I absolutely LOVE this spice! I use it on almost EVERYTHING! Burgers, chicken, steak of course!, fries, cream cheese on bagels, in dips, fish, eggs, Stir Frys, I have an Osso Bucco in the slow cooker right now with it on it! A very nice variety of herbs and spices make up this mixture. The flavors truly tantalize your tastebuds!

Tasty addition.

I am using this seasoning on all meats, not just meat.
