An easy to make Bruschetta Caprese with fresh tomatoes, basil and mozzarella cheese your party guest will love. Our organic salt, pepper, garlic seasoning The OG is the perfect addition to enhance the flavor of this popular Italian creation.
What is Bruschetta?
Bruschetta is a classic Italian antipasto (appetizer) with ripe tomatoes, basil, olive oil and garlic on grilled bread. Serve this easy Bruschetta with any Italian entree and bring some mediterranean flair into your home.
Our version is a cross-over between Bruschetta and Caprese Salad, which is tomatoes, mozzarella, basil with balsamic vinegar. The OG Crostini incorporates mozzarella on toasted french baguette and is the perfect finger food for your summer party.
