Sheet pan cooking has become my ultimate go-to for preparing both meats and veggies. It's fast, convenient, and healthy, with the added bonus of minimal cleanup – just one pan, no fuss!
For this recipe, I opted for grass-fed beef Kielbasa sausage, found in the refrigerator section of my local grocery store. However, feel free to use any sausage variety, chicken, or shrimp – it all works beautifully.
To start, dice up all the veggies into bite-sized pieces. I chose baby potatoes, broccoli, bell pepper, along with asparagus, baby bella mushrooms, onion, and extra garlic for added flavor.
Then, slice the sausage into neat rounds and toss everything together on a large baking sheet with a drizzle of olive oil and The OG seasoning.
